St. Mary Lake
We were lucky enough to catch the sun falling behind the mountains as we ate our lovely dehydrated meals. Intense gusts kept trying to take our food and items away from us :/
Day One

On the first day, we explored the Lake McDonald shore; watching the sunset and stargazing after. We drove on the famous Going to the Sun Road takes you deeper into the park while climbing thousands of feet in elevation. The road was carved out of the side of the mountains and can be seen in the distance on the left.
Day Two

Hiked to the Granite Park Chalet via the Granite Park Trail.
